This strip introduces a very interesting character, Loony Lou.  When doing a strip about UFO hunters, it would be VERY easy to make fun of "stupid" and "crazy" UFO witnesses (and let's admit it, it's been done a lot).  While I agree that the majority of UFO witnesses are very credible and trustworthy, you have to admit that there are always a few whacko out there.

While on the surface Lou looks like exactly that kind of aluminum foil wearing weirdo, my goal is to give Lou a very unique view of the situation.  Take today for an example, Lou does have a good point.
